Product launch film

Working with Builders Club studios, for the launch of CashApp’s latest offering, Pools, we set out to create a film that didn’t just announce a new feature, but captured the energy and possibility of what happens when people come together over shared moments. The goal was to generate excitement and anticipation around the product, while subtly introducing the wider functionality of the app.

Bold, stylised 3D environments were paired with grounded, tactile live-action moments to visualise what pooling funds could enable. These constructed worlds were balanced with honest performances and everyday interactions; friends coming together around shared experiences, to keep the film human and relatable.

The result was a piece that felt playful yet authentic, using craft and contrast to show how a simple financial tool can facilitate real connection around shared experiences.
